SENERQON Group is proud to share a letter of reference from Damavand S.A., following the successful implementation of an Electrical Energy Efficiency and Power Quality Optimization Project at their production facility.
This project represents a comprehensive engineering approach, combining extensive electrical measurements, advanced engineering analysis, and a highly sophisticated AI-based energy performance modelling methodology, delivering both quantitative and qualitative improvements across the facility.
Verified Results
The project achieved measurable and validated performance outcomes:
11.89% verified reduction in total electrical energy consumption
Exceeding the 10.10% guaranteed performance target
These results confirm the effectiveness of SENERQON’s methodology and the reliability of the implemented solutions.
Technical Improvements
Beyond energy savings, the project delivered significant improvements to the electrical infrastructure:
Voltage harmonics reduced from 6.5% to 1.9%
Current harmonics reduced from 49% to 2.9%
Improved efficiency of motors, VFDs, and transformers
Voltage stabilization at nominal operating levels
26% increase in electrical system reserve capacity
Reduction of electrical disturbances affecting production
These improvements contribute directly to enhanced system stability, operational efficiency, and production reliability.
Advanced Engineering & AI Modelling
A key differentiator of this project was the integration of Artificial Intelligence into energy performance analysis.
As highlighted in the reference letter:
“SENERQON applied a highly advanced Artificial Intelligence-based energy performance modeling methodology… developing a predictive digital energy model.”
By combining real-time measurements with predictive modelling, SENERQON was able to simulate energy consumption under various operational scenarios and validate the achieved results with high accuracy.
