At SENERQON, we specialize in resolving complex power quality challenges in industrial environments. Our latest success story involves a tailored intervention at CAMPARI, where we delivered a transformative solution to persistent power disruptions and inefficiencies.


The Challenge: Power Quality Issues Affecting Operations


Our analysis at CAMPARI uncovered two major concerns:

  • Current Harmonics: Inverter-induced harmonics were causing significant voltage dips, thermal stress, and energy losses in transformers and motors. These harmonics reduced equipment efficiency and lifespan.

  • Voltage Dips and Sags: Fluctuating voltage levels disrupted sensitive loads and triggered frequent operational stoppages, impacting productivity.


The Solution: A Tailored SENERQON Intervention


As part of our Energy Saving Project Framework, we deployed a customized suite of technologies and engineering controls, including:

  • Installation of VACT Filters with PLC Controllers: These smart filters effectively suppressed current harmonics, stabilizing the power flow.

  • Voltage Stabilization Systems: Designed to counteract dips and sags, these systems ensured consistent voltage delivery across key circuits.

  • Harmonics Management in Transformers & Motors: Targeted suppression of harmonics reduced thermal losses, improved energy efficiency, and extended equipment life.
